The registrations are still open for the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships and its pre-training camp
The registrations for all of the affiliated National Federations are still open for the new edition of the ASBC Asian Elite Men and Women Boxing Championships Amman 2024.
The forthcoming ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships will be held Amman, Jordan between November 28 and December 12. Prior the competition, the Jordan Boxing Association will host an international training camp in Amman on November 7-27.
Several of the developing boxing nations such as Bangladesh, Yemen, Palestine, Sri Lanka, Macau and others are also planning to participate in the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships in Amman.
The ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships will be one of the last competitions in the busy year of 2024. The national teams can introduce their new female and male boxers in the beginning of the new cycle.
The Asian Boxing Championships has 61 years of history and the city of Amman was the host in 2013 for the first time. The competition will return to Amman after two years of break, Jordan’s capital hosted the last edition in 2022 as well.
The participating teams are able to start to register their delegations, the boxers, coaches, managers in the following link: https://www.aiba-database.rg/nf. The registrations are open for all of the affiliated Asian National Federations until October 20.
The elite women boxers will be able to compete in the following weight categories: 48kg, 50kg, 52kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 63kg, 66kg, 70kg, 75kg, 81kg and +81kg. The elite men boxers will have the right to participate also in 13 different weight categories: 48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 63.5kg, 67kg, 71kg, 75kg, 80kg, 86kg, 92kg and +92kg.
Boxers who were born between 1984 and 2005 are eligible to participate in the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships in Amman.
