The ITO Course will be held during the ASBC Asian U22 & Youth Boxing Championships in Colombo on May 12-15
The International Boxing Association confirmed that an International Technical Official (ITO) Course will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on May 12-15 during the ASBC Asian U22 & Youth Boxing Championships.
The ITO Course will be open for not only the officials of the Asian region but for all other continents who meet the requirements. There will be theoretical and practical parts in the upcoming ITO Course in Colombo as in all of the previous educational programs.
The deadline for the application to the upcoming ITO Course is April 23 and it should be sent to the email address of development@iba.sport.
The upcoming ASBC Asian U22 & Youth Boxing Championships will be held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on May 10-24. The competition period of the U22 and youth event is May 12-23 and the participants of the ITO Course can make their practical lesion during the championships.
The President of the International Boxing Association Mr. Umar Kremlev will support the ASBC Asian U22 & Youth Boxing Championships with prize money, he confirmed that to the management of the Asian Boxing Confederation.
The boxers are the most important for the International Boxing Association and the Asian Boxing Confederation and the prize moneys will support their daily life and preparations for the future actions.
The ASBC Asian U22 & Youth Boxing Championships is important for the Sri Lankan sports authorities to make that happen in high international standard, to increase the international relations, to promote Sri Lanka’s sport tourism. Their next goal is to make the event memorable and comfortable for all of the participants in Sri Lanka’s capital.

May 11 – Arrivals of the participants
May 12-15 – The course dates
May 16 – Departure of the participants
