The ex-President of the Asian Boxing Confederation Mr. Anas Alotaiba thanks to all Asian National Federations for their hard work and developments in the recent four years since 2018. Mr. Anas Alotaiba wishes success to the newly elected President of the Asian Boxing Confederation Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira of Thailand.
The full management of the Asian Boxing Confederation including the Executive Director Mr. Ali Salameh, the ASBC Administrative Director Mr. Bassam Ghanem, ASBC Sports Director Mr. Omar Saleh Al-Jaberi and ASBC Financial Director Mr. Wael El-Sadig congratulate to the new ASBC President too.
The Asian Boxing Confederation’s Extraordinary Congress together with the Presidential elections took place during the rest day of the ASBC Asian Youth & Junior Boxing Championships in Amman, Jordan today. Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira of Thailand won the ASBC Presidential elections today getting 18 votes against Uzbekistan’s Mr. Saken Polatov’s 11 in the Oasis Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel. Mr. Anas Alotaiba and his team arranged several ASBC Asian Boxing Championships in the recent four years despite of the hard Covid-19 situation and launched new events as the ASBC Asian Schoolboys Boxing Championships, the ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships and the ASBC Asian Grand Slam Boxing Championships. The Gender Equality was also a key program for Mr. Anas Alotaiba who wish his very best to the newly elected President.
