Pakistan Boxing Federation joined to the Tree Plantation Campaign

Pakistan Boxing Federation together with the Pakistan Olympic Committee celebrated their Independence Day and launched a tree plantation campaign. The colorful ceremony was held at the Pakistan Olympic House at 2-Hameed Nizami Road in Lahore where the Tree Plantation Campaign began its successful way and Pakistan Boxing Federation also joined to all actions.
Joining to the officials of the Pakistan National Olympic Committee, the National Sports Federations, many of their sport stars and athletes planted a tree in the ceremony. As per the vision and future objectives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan for the cause of the environment sustainability the campaign began in the country. The pollution free environment is the target of the State of Pakistan, the Pakistan National Olympic Committee and the Pakistan Boxing Federation.
Mr. Nasir Ijaz Tung is the General Secretary of the Pakistan Boxing Federation who joined to the Tree Plantation Campaign for a better future. Mr. Tung serves the country’s boxing life and represented Pakistan also at the Asian Boxing Confederation’s General Assembly in Bangkok on April 2019.
Their previous top event, the final results of the Pakistan Open Shadowboxing & Fitness Tournament are revealed a few weeks ago which was their main activity during the summer period. The winners celebrated their titles in seven different categories including such experienced boxers as Syed Muhammad Asif, Commonwealth Games hope Sana Ullah, Asian Games competitor Razia Bano and ASBC Asian Schoolboys Boxing Championships quarter-finalist Ahmed Jawad.
