Another long preliminary day took place in the sixth competition day at the IBA Men’s Elite World Boxing Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Kazakhstan’s ASBC Asian Boxing Championships silver medallist Dulat Bekbauov became the next Asian winner in this weight class, he eliminated Romania’s Andrei Mustet easily.
Palestine’s first ever boxer in the history of the World Boxing Championships, who won two contests in the same event was Nidal Foqahaa who emerged a fantastic success over Cameroon’s Olympian Albert Mengue Ayissi. Pidnuch joined the quarter-finals together with an Asian Champion, Bakhodur Usmonov of Tajikistan who walked over to that important stage.
