Asian Boxing Confederation President and AIBA Vice President Mr. Serik Konakbayev is leading the AIBA Athletes & Youth Commission Meeting in New Delhi, India. Mr. Serik Konakbayev is the Chairman of the AIBA Athletes & Youth Commission which has got seven further Asian members.
