Mr. Ray Silvas continued the R&J Seminar with exciting topics in Urumqi
The Instructor of the Referee & Judge Seminar, Mr. Ray Silvas continued the lectures and the presentations before the 2nd Belt & Road International Youth Boxing Festival in Urumqi, Xinjiang province with his brilliant teaching style.
One of the most experienced boxing teacher in the entire world, the former R&J Chairman and the previous Board of Director in several organizations, Mr. Ray Silvas from the United States is the Instructor of the Referee & Judge Seminar in Urumqi to increase the level of the officials before the start of the competition.
The venue of the Referee & Judge Seminar is the Xinjiang Sports Vocational Education and Technical College where more than 180 participants followed the theoretical part of the event.
The vision of the R&J Seminar is to help referees, judges and timekeepers to understand and apply the new Technical and Competition Rules before the main events.
The main objectives of the R&J Seminar are the better understanding of the amateur boxing rules, apply knowledge in correct circumstances, to standardize procedures worldwide, to obtain better results in all of the competitions and to gain knowledge for the future events.
Mr. Ray Silvas introduced the Attire of the Referees which contains black pants, white short sleeve shirt, black shoes with no heels, black belt, bow tie if requested by the Technical Delegate and the rules about wearing jewelleries.
