Mr. Chaiwat Chotima visited the international training camps before the start of the last qualifier
One of the leading Thai boxing officials, the Honorary Vice-President of the Asian Boxing Confederation Mr. Chaiwat Chotima visited the International Boxing Training Camp in the city of Hua Hin and met German officials.
This International Training Camp in Hua Hin is one of the preparation sessions for the upcoming 2nd World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand from May 24.
Several of the participating teams of the 2nd World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event are in Thailand since the beginning of May. Many of the teams prepared in Bangkok with Team Thailand, some of them choose the option in Hua Hin and others trained in Korat during the final phase of the preparations.
The Thailand National Olympic Committee and the Thailand Boxing Association supported the German Boxing Federation to arrange a training camp in the city of Hua Hin which is located south from Bangkok and has the perfect venues for the boxers.
Mr. Chaiwat Chotima met the International Director of the German Boxing Federation Mr. Martin Volke in Hua Hin. Fourteen countries joined the training camp in Hua Hin and arranged strong sparring sessions to be in shape in the 2nd World Olympic Boxing Qualifying Event.
