Kuwait Boxing Federation to host first international tournament in July

Eyeing to further develop talents in the Middle East, the Kuwait Boxing Federation will stage its first-ever international tournament in the capital city on July 20 to 26.

Known as the Kuwait International Boxing Championships, the event is open to elite male boxers born between1982 and 2003.

All participating teams are allowed to send one representative in each of the 13 official weight categories.

The Kuwait Boxing Federation headed by president Mr. Mohammad Mansi Al-Enezi will provide the daily meals and transportation while the delegations will shoulder the accommodation charges and flight tickets to Kuwait City based on the official invitation.

The organizers will wait for entry details until June 30.
