ASBC President Mr. Anas Alotaiba send their best wishes to the Boxing Federation of India on their Independence Day

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and Vice-President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Mr. Anas Alotaiba, furthermore and the whole ASBC management are sending their best wishes to the Boxing Federation of India and the Indian Boxing Family on their Independence Day.

The Indian Independence Day is celebrated on August 15 every year as national holiday commemorating the country’s independence from the United Kingdom in 1947 on this day. British India was divided into India and Pakistan during the independence along the religious lines of the area. Their First Prime Minister Mr. Jawaharlal Nehru raised the Indian national flag above the Lahori Gate of the Red Fort in New Delhi on August 15 in 1947.

The ASBC management wish all the best to the Indian Boxing Family on this special celebration day which contains flag parades and many cultural events throughout the whole South Asian country.
