ASBC President Mr. Anas Alotaiba and the whole ASBC management are sending their sincere condolences to Mr. Sabin Bhattacharya’s family

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and Vice-President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Mr. Anas Alotaiba, furthermore and the whole ASBC management are sending their sincere condolences to Nepal’s Mr. Sabin Bhattacharya’s family following the Secretary General’s mother passing away at the age of 71.

Mr. Sabin Bhattacharya is the Secretary General of the Nepal Boxing Association who supports the country’s boxing life in this position since many years. Nepal hosted the last edition of the South Asian Games in Kathmandu in December 2019 and Mr. Sabin Bhattacharya was one of the organizers. He arranged many national events and selection trials in the recent months despite of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mrs. Kamala Bhattacharya supported his son’s successes as official in the Nepal Boxing Association but she lost her last fight against her long and serious illness.

May her soul will rest in eternal peace in Nepal.
