ASBC President Mr. Anas Alotaiba and the whole ASBC management are sending their sincere condolences to Kazakhstan’s Anatoliy Toropov’s family whose wife passed away

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and Vice-President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Mr. Anas Alotaiba, furthermore and the whole ASBC management are sending their sincere condolences to Kazakhstan’s veteran Champion Mr. Anatoliy Toropov’s family following his mother wife Raisa Ivanovna passed away.  

Mr. Anatoliy Toropov trained in the city of Karaganda in the Kazakh SSR during the era of the Soviet Union. He competed at the light welterweight (63.5kg) in the Soviet Union National Boxing Championships in the ‘70s and involved also to the national team. He claimed gold medal at the 1971 Strandja Memorial Tournament in Sofia, Bulgaria which is the oldest European international event and also won the 1974 edition of the Soviet Union National Championships.
