ASBC President Mr. Anas Alotaiba and the ASBC management are sending their sincere condolences to Mr. Akzhol Askarov’s family

The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation and Vice-President of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) Mr. Anas Alotaiba, furthermore and the whole ASBC management are sending their sincere condolences to Kazakhstan’s honoured boxing coach and professor Mr. Akzhol Askarov’s family following he passed away at the age of 77.

Mr. Akzhol Askarov was born on June 15 in 1943 and he was one of the most important persons in boxing in the city of Shymkent. He was a boxer in the 1960s and following his active career he became the honoured coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mr. Askarov was the Chairman of the Veteran’s Commission in Shymkent at the Turkestan region. He received the honoured citizen award from the city of Shymkent.

May his soul will rest in peace in Kazakhstan.
