ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships – Men’s Overall Ranking

The AIBA Youth World Boxing Championships will be starting with its first competition session in 5 days and our continent’s best talents could qualify to the event through the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships. On this continental event among the men boxers Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are the most successful Asian nations since 2010.
Following AIBA changed the name of the age group from junior to youth the Asian Boxing Confederation hosted six editions of the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships since 2010. Iran’s capital Tehran, Philippines’ Subic Bay, Kazakhstan’s Pavlodar and Bangkok three-times were the hosts of the ASBC Asian Confederation Youth Boxing Championships.
Altogether 17 nations claimed at least one medal in the history of the ASBC Asian Confederation Men’s Youth Boxing Championships. Among them eight countries won titles since the first 2010 edition including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Thailand, Philippines, India, China, Iran and Japan. South Korea, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Mongolia achieved plenty of medals since 2010 but a title is missing for them yet.
Kazakhstan claimed incredible 28 gold medals in the history of the ASBC Asian Confederation Men’s Youth Boxing Championships during these six editions and topped the medal rankings. Uzbekistan achieved similar number of medals altogether 45 but among them 13 are only the gold medals. Thailand and Philippines both nations were hosts in the previous editions and took four gold medals in the events.
