Kazakhstan’s Rakhmina Abdumezhitova exceeded her previous expectations and level of boxing against Turkey’s Rabia Eylul Duman at the flyweight (52kg) semi-final. The Turkish girl was experienced in the international stage but Abdumezhitova used the best strategy against her and she will now meet for the title Russia’s Junior World Champion Snezhana Kuznetsova.

Kazakhstan’s Aknur Tursyngali proved a strong performance once again at the women’s featherweight (57kg) and she eliminated Russia’s Arina Kuzmicheva in the last four.
