The International Training Camp will support the preparations for the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships from November 7
The international training camps help the boxers to prepare actively for the main events, to acclimatize to the local environments and make the final phase of the trainings together with other national teams.
There will be an important international training camp for the women and men elite boxers before the ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships in Amman, Jordan next month. The training camp will start on November 7 and to be continued until November 27.
The upcoming ASBC Asian Elite Boxing Championships will be held Amman, Jordan between November 28 and December 12. The training camp will last just before the start of the competition therefore the teams can also acclimatize to the local environment.
The President of the Jordan Boxing Association, H.R.H. Prince Nayef Bin Asem Bin Nayef and their Secretary General, Mr. Mahmoud Alshwarbeh confirmed the date and the details of the international training camp.

The room rate in terms of double occupancy is 85 USD per person per night in Amman which includes three meals per day, the accommodation, the local transportation and the free Wi-Fi. The rate is higher in case of single occupancy and it is 110 USD per person per night in Jordan’s capital city.
The local transportation between the hotel and the training venue will be provided by the Jordan Boxing Association. The deadline to receive all documents for the International Training Camp is October 20 and all of the affiliated National Federations have the right to participate in the training camp.
The elite women boxers will be able to compete in the following weight categories in the camp and also in the event: 48kg, 50kg, 52kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 63kg, 66kg, 70kg, 75kg, 81kg and +81kg. The elite men boxers will have the right to participate also in 13 different weight categories: 48kg, 51kg, 54kg, 57kg, 60kg, 63.5kg, 67kg, 71kg, 75kg, 80kg, 86kg, 92kg and +92kg.
