The Chairman of the new ASBC Fund & Development Commission Mr. Saken Polatov thinks strategically about the support of the Asian boxers and National Federations

The First Deputy Chairman of the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation Mr. Saken Polatov and his team worked incredibly in the recent weeks for the success of the first ever ASBC Fund & Development Commission Meeting which took place in Tashkent. The President of the Asian Boxing Confederation Mr. Anas Alotaiba believes the first success is only the start of a new era in the continent’s boxing life.

The ASBC Fund & Development Commission was established by Mr. Anas Alotaiba and the ASBC management to innovate Asia’s boxing life and arrange long term benefits in the future after the strategic thinking. The Commission formed in December 2020 and its opening meeting was held in the Tashkent Hilton Hotel.

The Chairman of the Commission Mr. Saken Polatov of Uzbekistan followed the agenda of the first meeting step by step and he had many additions to the work of the newly established commission. ASBC President Mr. Anas Alotaiba is thankful for the hard work of Mr. Saken Polatov and his team.

Mr. Shohid Tillaboev is the energetic manager of the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation who supported the success of the meeting with strong heart. The Special Advisor of the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation Mr. Malik Babaev has got strong experiences in all levels of diplomacy from the recent four decades and he is a big benefit for Asia’s boxing. Ms. Tamila Sarikhanova is another outstanding addition of the work of the Uzbekistan Boxing Federation who could be an international official in the near future.

Mr. Saken Polatov has got strategic thinking as ASBC President Mr. Anas Alotaiba and he has also the impressive working attitude to find the solutions. He added several key information to the work of the Commission and Mr. Polatov wants to generate first the strategic elements and how to support the National Federations and boxers directly. The main support for the boxers could be equipments, tools, and direct financial support to participate in championships.  

The Chairman of the new ASBC Fund & Development Commission, Mr. Saken Polatov believes that the continuous monitoring of the system, the permanent feedback and controlling are the important details of the work.
